Being a Sponsor or an Exhibitor

Dear Sirs,

The 13th edition of EuCAP, just starting in a few months is a unique opportunity for you to present your company to over 1300 researchers and developers in the field of antennas and propagation from design to testing.

The exhibition will take place at a central place of the conference where coffee and lunch are served and is supported by Antenna Measurement Techniques Association (AMTA).

The booking form and description of the sponsorship packages including the floor plan is available below.

Bear in mind that there are a number of companies interested in sponsoring and a reduced set of opportunities EuCAP will apply a first-come-first-served basis.

This year, for the first time, It is proposed an exhibitor grant. The criteria for such a grant are:
- companies shall be of less than 50 employees (SME),
- registered as a company (not universities or research centers),
- proposed by the local organizers.

Preference will be given to companies located in the hosting country. Grant will be a 50% reduction on exhibitor shell scheme package.
