Conference delegates
The registration fee includes:
- Attendance to sessions (regular and convened) and workshops from Monday 1 April to Friday 5 April
- Lunches and refreshments Monday 1 April to Thursday 4 April
- Access to the exhibition from Monday 1 April to Thursday 4 April
- A copy of the conference proceedings
- The Welcome Reception on Monday 1 April
2 Day Registration includes:
- Attendance at the sessions on the day/s selected
- The morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch for the day/s selected
- The Welcome Reception is included where Monday 1 April 2019 is a selected day
This registration cannot be used by authors
Authors
At least one of the authors of each paper must register for the full conference and it is not possible for any person to register more than two papers in his/her name as "presenting author". "No shows" or lack of registration fee payment will inhibit publication in the online proceedings. This is valid for regular as well as convened session papers.
2 day registration is not valid for authors or for presenters to cover a paper.
Registration must be completed by Sunday 27 January 2019. If any paper has not been registered, it will be withdrawn from the technical programme without exception. We recommend you to use the secure online payment by credit card available with the online registration system. Should you pay by bank transfer, the payment must have reached the EuCAP 2019 bank account no later than 4 February 2019.
An additional fee of €12 (VAT included) will be charged automatically for a payment by bank transfer.
Authors may only register against a maximum of 2 papers. If an author has received acceptance for more than 2 papers it is recommended that a co-author registers those papers to limit the number of presentations required by the same author.
Each author/co-author must register separately.
Please note: authors’ registrations are non-refundable.
Short Courses
Friday 5 April 2019 (afternoon)
Short courses are not included in the conference delegate registration.
Each course is 3 hours in duration and the registration includes attendance on the short-course, delivery of a handbook, lunch and afternoon refreshments.
Should less than 5 people register to attend a short course it may be cancelled. The decision will be taken on 8 March 2019. In case of a cancellation by the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded to the delegate with no other compensation.
Sponsors and exhibitors
Sponsors and exhibitors can register to EuCAP 2019 using their discount codes provided to them in order to access registrations included in their package.

Social programme
Welcome reception Monday 1 April
The welcome reception is included in the conference delegates and sponsors/exhibitors fee. But is only included for daily registrations if Monday 1 April is selected.
Philarmonic concert Tuesday 2 April
The concert is free to all participants, guests and accompanying persons. The seating is not numbered. The concert program is at the Social Events folder - please check at the conference home page www.eucap2019.org
Conference dinner Wednesday 3 April
Transfers to and from the dinner are not included. Seats are limited and the bookings will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Moscow City Ballet "Giselle" Friday 5 April
The short info of the ballet performance, the seat selection and the ticket purchase is to be made independent of the registration procedure under the link given at the Social Events folder - please check at the conference home page www.eucap2019.org
Points of interest and sightseeing tours recommended to delegates must be booked directly.
Guests
You will be able to purchase tickets for all social elements of the conference. Guest registration to the conference is not permitted.
Payment
We recommend that you use the secure online payment by credit card available with the online registration system. Should you pay by bank transfer, the payment must have reached the EuCAP 2019 bank account no later than 17 February 2019 for early bird registrations and 15 March 2019 for all other registrations.
An additional fee of €12 (VAT included) will be charged automatically for a payment with a bank transfer.
Purchase orders are not accepted.
Full payment must be completed before access to the conference is allowed. Payment cannot be accepted after the conference.

Changes to your registration
It is possible to add additional purchases or changes to your registration by logging in using the email address and password provided.

Cancellation policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be requested via email to eucap2019@mazurkas.pl by Monday 4 March, 2019. The registration fee will be refunded minus a handling fee of €60 (VAT included).No refunds will be provided after this date.
Please note: author registrations are non-refundable.
Disclaimer
In case of reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers, EurAAP has the right to immediately alter or cancel the Conference or any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to EurAAP. The participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damage that results from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, with the exception of any wilful damage or gross negligence committed by EurAAP, EurAAP shall not at any time be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants, including consequential and immaterial damage, caused by failure to comply with any provision of this document.
