Visa Information

No Visas are required for EU and US citizens. Visas will be required for participants of some countries whose nationals require a visa to enter Polish territory. For a list of those countries, please visit the following web page:

Note:
Due to European Union regulations, NO visas-on-arrival can be issued. Participants are kindly requested to make the necessary arrangements to obtain their visas beforehand.

Please be advised that invitation letters can only be provided for registered authors and delegates once payment for registration is received. We would advise if you need your letter quickly that you pay by credit card.

Official invitation by EuCAP2019 Conference Organisers

EurAAP, the official organiser of the EuCAP2019 conference, is pleased to send a letter of invitation to any conference delegate, speaker, exhibitor or visitor requesting it.

If you are an author of papers accepted for presentation, the EuCAP2019 the Registration team will verify the correctness of the Paper ID (s) you intend to present (max 2) and will send you a letter of invitation via e-mail; for non-authors there is a €20 administration fee. 

If an original copy of the invitation letter is required there is a €25 administration and postage fee.

These letters of invitation will be sent by express mail to the address indicated on the invoice for payment. If another address is required please send this information to: eucap2019@mazurkas.pl

Please note that payment by credit card and bank transfer are available for invitation letter for non-authors. Nevertheless, a payment by bank transfer will occur an additional charge of €12.
