Paper Submission

We thank you very much to all authors of more than twelve hundred paper proposals received! The review process performed by more than 1100 reviewers from more than 80 countries has already started.

Please read in detail!

Authors are invited to submit their contribution in the form of a final paper in PDF format, with a minimum length of two A4 pages and a maximum length of five A4 pages. The paper must contain enough information for the Technical Programme Committee (TPC) and reviewers to judge on the originality and quality of the work in a single acceptance/rejection review process (no change of the paper will be possible after acceptance). Notice that TPC and reviewers will especially care about plagiarism and self-plagiarism.

The EuCAP 2019 organising committee are aware of some issues in uploading papers to the EDAS submission system. Should you encounter any difficulties please click on the help button at the top of the page and the link to contact EDAS staff to log your query. This is the quickest way to receive assistance.

PAPER SUBMISSION

The paper must be uploaded via EDAS® (submission has been closed).

It is highly recommended, and mandatory if you choose to publish your paper in IEEE Xplore, to check compliance of the manuscript files by using the PDF eXpress® tool, with the conference Id : 45375X

Be aware that creating an IEEE PDF eXpress™ account and converting or checking the source file may take some time and should not be done at the last minute. It is recommended to check possible compatibility problems early enough by uploading on EDAS a preliminary version. The manuscript can be replaced until the deadline*.

The corresponding track (regular, convened or invited) must be selected for each paper. For a convened session paper, a password will be given to the author by the conveners, in order to be able to finalise the submission.

During the uploading process, authors will be requested to categorise their paper in terms of TWO different conference topics and TWO different application tracks (see the Call for Papers). They will also have the possibility to apply for a EuCAP best student paper award or a thematic best paper award (measurements, propagation, antenna design and applications, EM and antenna theory), see the awards page for full details.

Copyright

Upon submission, the authors are requested to agree to this Copyright Form.

Accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore, unless otherwise stated by the author.

Author registration

At least one of the authors of each paper must register for the full conference and it is not possible for any person to register more than two papers in his/her name as "presenting author". "No shows" or lack of registration fee payment will inhibit publication in the online proceedings. This is valid for regular as well as convened session papers.

*The author list as it is entered in EDAS is definitive after the submission deadline and cannot be changed at any time afterwards
